Hi BCK, well done on completing run 1 of week 5, I hope you and your family had a wonderful Christmas yesterday, I had, I spent the afternoon and early evening at my son in laws parents house and had a lovely Xmas dinner with them and my two grand children.
Glad you had a good time with your family, AlMorr. As you expect with a houseful of autistic people, ours was variable, but no-one was broken so it’s all good 😄 I found 5:1 ok, just a matter of keeping steady, but 5:2 looks more challenging again.
My next door neighbour's son is autistic, however, he is a lovely 5 year old little boy, his father bought him a £1,200 labradar dog for Christmas 2017, I took that dog for a 'walk' yesterday morning, actually, there was more 🏃 running than 🚶 walking
Might ask my neighbour if I can take the dog out with me the next time I run a 5K, it could be a PB for me, not sure if I did a PB in around 23 minutes being 'pulled' by a dog would count.
Oh well done, my running has been a bit of a Christmas casualty but hoping to get out soon. I did make it to a Boxing Day exercise class though so that’s a start.
