W6R2 Christmas Parkrun

Wow what an awesome run today. Not going to lie when I woke up and saw the temps I almost made an excuse not to do the Parkrun but as I bought thermal running gear just so I wouldn’t have an excuse and my daughter had volunteered as a tail walker though I better.

There must be something about running in a crowd because I did my best pace since starting C25K and wasn’t racing anyone I think it was just an awesome feeling to be up and running that out a bit of extra umph in my feet.

Can’t wait for R3 and I absolutely know that I can do the time.
