Ran off plan today from Couch to 5K. On week 7 out 9 thought I’d be brave and have a little jog along the riverside. Managed 4K in 38 mins so feeling slightly proud.

Well done, but you breached the 10% rule observed by most runners as the safest way to build duration and distance without injury.

Take care.
