I’m stuck.....
I’ve now attempted week 9 twice (and I have run almost 30mins before)
I’m guessing it’s a mindset thing.
I am running slowly
I am hydrated
It just seems never ending - even with my music on.
anyone else experiencing the same .

You’re not really stuck, because at least you’re getting out there and running! That’s a tremendous achievement and you should be giving yourself a pat on the back for keeping on trying! You will get there - just don’t give up and know you can do it, as thousands of of others of us ‘non-runners’ have eventually done before you. Well done for getting this far and look forward to graduating!!
How are you getting stuck? What happens?
As for never-ending – that's running for you!
I think I just run out of energy and momentum....legs feel fine, breathing is fine
Can you make up a playlist of 5-minute songs ? That way you’ll know exactly how far along you are. It has helped me with week 4 to know that if I go over “The 12 Days of Christmas” in my head, I’ll finish a 5-minute run before I finish the song !
I found a timed play list really helpful. I put really uplifting ones towards the end and finished to We are the Champions by Queen. Having a circular route helped too so I had landmarks to aim for as I ran. Good luck. You can do this!
Sounds like you need a good distraction from thinking about time and running.
Music or podcasts work for many. I used to do a running commentary to myself on everything that I could see hear and feel as I ran.
Thirty minutes can seem like a long time without distractions.
Are you on a dreadmill? If so, why not try outside, which is full of stimuli.
I am running outside and usually with a play list so I know where I am in terms of the run, today my ear phones died and the last 15mins were without anything - I kind of liked listening to the sounds (I run in the town) but it did affect my pace...which meant I ran faster.
I think I may change my route up a bit and see how it goes.
Try a new route, a local running club, a TED Talk or a running buddy. Time passes more quickly that way. You're nearly there, just change it up a bit for a distraction and you'll be on that podium in no time.
Yes, I found the running boring running the same route, so now I try to run in different places and it is much more fun. I also did my 10km with company. We chatted all the way and it was so much better than doing it by myself. You could try Park Run? I graduated C25K at Park Run😀
I agree with the above and also relaxation techniques maybe try the headspace app before you go out and run, only a few minutes long and they really work for me.
Could you plan an out and back route so you're heading home for the second 15 mins, it might help you, as it would be like counting down the last 15 mins rather than counting up to 30 mins, which is meant to make it easier. You will get there, don't get hung up on it.
