It's been a funny few weeks with regards to running. Hurt myself, and then had bad flu.
But slowly been building myself back up to running. Today I did my first 30 minute in what feels for ever.
The last five minutes were a proper killer... But I did it, and feel so much better for it...
I didn't track how far I went this time, think I'm gonna build up to a steady space before I do that again, as I think it will bring a downer on it, and I don't wanna push myself too much again and get an injury.
Also been really lovely out running with Birdy...

Getting back to it after a break can be hard so very well come to you. Get into a routine and stick to it and, as you say, don't push yourself. At this stage anyway 🙂
