I was a day late as Christmas is messing with my schedule. I'd had a large lunch and wasn't sure I'd be able to do it especially seeing other posts saying that this was a difficult run. I actually ended up really enjoying it and could have carried on running, I didn't want to stop! Listening to Craig Charles' funk show really helped. Nothing like a bit of James Brown to keep you going!
