I was really looking forward to today’s run. Sunny bright cool day but I struggled. Had to keep reminding myself why I was doing this and telling myself not to give up. I did it because I’m determined to finish on Christmas Eve. I also reminded myself that I’ve had other days like this but I’m still going.
On a more positive note I bumped into my neighbour and teenage daughter after they finished the Park Run. So I’m going with them in the new year. I have my bar code. So all I have to do now is not give up. 😊

Ive just completed my 3rd 5k and I have to say I don’t always have ‘a good’ run but I’m always amazed how your body just does it when it needs too! 🏃🏼♂️🏃🏻♀️
