Having graduated back in 2017 - injuries and then life slowed me down. A couple of months ago I went back to the start and I’m so excited to have now reached my penultimate run plus each run I can see how much stronger I’m getting 😀. Can’t wait for Monday to graduate 👩🎓 for Christmas 🎄!! 😜. This is a superb program and although I’ve just been lurking you have all given me inspiration and encouragement. Happy Christmas and a running injury free new year to you all 😀🥂🎄🎅🏼
