So many wows today. I am more than halfway through the program 🎉. Both 8 min runs felt awesome and for the first time I wasn’t waiting for Micheal to announce I was half way through I was just in my own little running world🎉. When I was done and on the cool down mentally R3 seemed totally doable, I am just connecting my two 8 min runs with a bit in the middle. Plus even if I don’t get my 20mins on my first attempt on Thursday regardless I will run my longest consecutive run. How awesome is that! Five weeks ago I couldn’t even imagine five minutes let alone eight or twenty but here I am doing it and loving it. Roll on Thursday.

Yep, awesome! Good running and perfect mindset... slow and steady and enjoy that 20 minute run, you can do it and it will feel amazing!
