OMG, after getting through the first 3 weeks I thought I was doing well but did 1st run of week 4 today...completed it but that was tough!!

Hiya legless.... well done for doing it!! the programme is amazing..... all the way through I have thought that I wouldn’t be able to do the next run.... but I have done it! Some runs haven’t been easy nor have they been pretty but I have done them. The battle has been as much about mental belief as physical ability for me! Keep going!

Great job... today you got your mental strength tested and you completed the run... some days the runs are easier than others, but all runs build you for the next. Be very proud of beating the tough runs.
