Hi, to start, wear a pair of comfy shoes or trainers, and any clothing with maybe a few layers for warmth at this time of year and a route around your locality or park that's not to hilly, and only run slow and steady just above walking pace,drink water often and stretch afterward, that's just the basics to get you going..see the link below for essential reading for new runners..
