I’m feeling really nervous about wk6r3 - 25mins of solid jogging. I mean, whaaaaattt?! Only just done 10, such a mahoosive jump. Hope to god it’s not as humid or may have to delay. Arrgghgh

I know. I was too but did it early this morning. Towards the end it was quite a struggle but kept going. Slowly does it for me! You can do it 😊

You will smash it - honestly. I found R3 (not easy) but easier than R1&2. After that it's all just solid running - no walking breaks. Some say it's easier. I think I find it easier although I really struggled with W7R1 yesterday - I think that was down to the weather & my state of mind more than the physical energy though. Good luck & keep on running. Do let us know how you get on

You can do it Claire. It's just like W5R3. Just stay focused. Eye on the prize! (I find music helps)

Thanks😁 - do you listen to any particular type of music? I’m building a playlist at the moment but need some inspiration !

Hey Claire, check out my new post, W6R1, for my playlist. It's really really random but if you like a bit of 80s might be right up your street 😊

I did it this morning - like you, feeling a bit nervous beforehand, but trust in the programme. You can do it! And you feel amazing afterwards. Just go slow and steady (mine was very very slow, but had some left in the tank to up my pace for the last 60 seconds, which was even more surprising than actually finishing the run!) Good luck!!

I did W6R2 this morning and am doing R3 on Wednesday morning. Feeling a bit of trepidation about the whole 25mins in one go thing! I know it’s only 5 more than W5R3 but going back to running with walking breaks for W6 makes the thought of it seem worse 😕

Slow, steady, let the legs take you.. they know what to do... just relax and let them :)

Go early and know you are ready for the runs..they are perfect for starting slow and staying slow.. relax and let the new legs begin to find their happy pace...

Anticipation not apprehension :)

Remember you managed week 5 run three and that came totally out of the blue for me ... so if you can master that then the longer runs should be fine !!! Change your location as I found that if you are in a set routine you tend to know how far each ten minute block is taking you and it means you are thinking about the time. If you are in a new place you are taking in the environment taking tour mind away from the time !

You will be fine, I did mine on Saturday and felt the same as you. Just go with the pace you’re happy with, and you will get there ...promise 😀.

I just did it and had to slow up a walking pace run for a couple of mins towards the end as got killer stitch then started running again.

I normally pace myself with my music but my headphones ran out of battery 2 mins in to the run - they will be returned I’ve only used them twice grrr. I pace myself with music so think I ran too fast.

You’ll smash it
