Haven’t posted for a while as I’ve been very busy and lost one of my dogs so didn’t much feel like posting. But I have been reading and popping comments on peoples’ achievements.; I love this forum.
So, I’ve been plugging away at my 5-10K program and today I’m so proud that I ran my first ever 10K. I’m exhausted but feeling so good. I had never run in my life before 13th August of this year and thanks to the fabulous program that is C25K and the support of this group I have achieved something I never thought possible. Congratulations on your first 10K, sorry to hear about your dog. Our pets are family too aren’t they. I am at the start of my 10 K journey, just about to start week 2, but I am determined to get there! Wishing you a Happy Christmas too. PS Your meal looks very good.
