Due to graduate on 14th December - sprained ankle :(

Oh no poor you Hope it was a good night up until then All this means is delay in graduation which is frustrating but you will get there

I agree. I hope your ankle gets better soon. Be kind to it and don't push yourself to much before it's ready. Gradation will always be there for you.

What a shame. I sprained my ankle massively about a month ago. Am only just getting back into running. Let it settle before you start again, or you risk permanent injury.

thanks for your replies, yes you are right I will wait until it properly heels and graduate at a later date.

Hi Kaza10 sorry to hear of your injury but don't despair, give yourself time for your ankle to heal, the pavements will still be there. Remember this running we have all started doing is not just for 9 weeks its hopefully for many years, so don't hurry the recovery as it may cause long term problems. Good luck
