Congratulations for starting C25K, I admit it is not the best time of the year to begin. At this time last year I began C25K but quickly gave up because of the severe weather and postponed running until the second part of April, I graduated in June. As the winter this year so far has not been as bad as last year I wish you all the best for your C25K journey.
