It took over 3 hours to convince myself to do this and I’m glad I did. The wind and rain had stopped, the sun came out, so no excuse there. I got my kit on and off I went. Hadn’t ran since Sunday and really enjoyed myself. Really lifted my spirits. Have a good weekend everyone 🙂

I tried to reply to the post you wrote this morning but the post disappeared. I was going to say to you do the warm up and then run for 5mins and see how you feel. If you feel ok keep going if not you don't have to keep going but at least you've had some exercise. You can always run again on Sunday. Well done for going out and glad you enjoyed it
