I have been given some exercises to do by the physio this morning & I can do Pilates and Yoga. When I am fully recovered I can start running again 5mins at a time. I am getting there. 😀

That’s good news, you’re on your way back... hopefully you can run 5 soon... must be great being able to restart exercises though.

Yes really pleased to be able to do some exercises, starting with two Pilates classes next week :)

Sorry to hear you’ve been off work with yr back ache. Glad you’ve seen the physio and have some exercises. You will get there. Pilates and yoga are great for building core strength. 👍🏻
