Found this run easy going. Delighted given my last 2 runs were tough. Still hoping to graduate on the weekend and get several more consolidation runs in by the end of the year and then tackle my first park run in the spring.
All the aches and pains and niggles that I experienced from week one have gone. Plus my legs have never looked better.

Well done, I'm right behind you. Planning to do R1 of W9 this morning and if all goes well I hope to graduate early next week and get in the consolidation runs to take me into the new year.
until after the new year I think! I feel a bit lost so im trying to read up on tips. I need to reach 5k as only getting to 4k so far, I did notice on my last run I got further along my normal route a bit quicker so I'm hoping the next few weeks will naturally get me there.
Its funny how at the time those aches and pains are a concern and then all of a sudden they disappear! I run 30 mins ache free now and I still can't quite believe it.
I didn't even notice the change in my legs until a friend pointed it out, after she mentioned it my mind was like "I can't wait to take these leggings off and look at my naked legs in the mirror later" 😂
I’m lucky and have long legs but they were always a bit ‘lumpy’ at the top. Nowadays lump free, plus my calves are super slender and toned. I’m extremely happy, as is hubby! Lol
