Tried NRC today for my first run since graduating. Not too sure what to do with it so chose a headspace run of 31 minutes, pressed play and off i went. I had spotify running also -is that right? For the first 15 mins it kept pausing itself, only a few seconds but a bit annoying. And when i got back it had recorded a run of 3.8k whilst my samsung health app recorded 5.4k 🤔 Anyone shed any sense on this or tips to use NRC?? Thanks 😀
