I did it 30 minutes, 4k, after a weekend and morning of massive overeating. I felt heavy, I had cramps, but I did it. Despite being followed by and barked at by local dogs (a bit scary). The air was nice and clear, quite fresh but not freezing thanks to temporary warmer weather
Happy running!

I had to persuade my mum not to give me another meal and let me have no food for at least 2 hours, so I would be able to run without petrifying fear of loosing this food on random spot of sideroad. Believe me, it wasn't easy!
Well done for getting out there and avoiding the dogs IgaT! I hope you had a good journey, glad to hear the weather is a bit better than expected for you.
I get the feeling boated running could become a common theme on the forum over the festive period... Good to see you're getting some endurance training in already 😀
