Well done, completing the first run is a massive step forward. Stick at it and before you know it you will be a runner.

Well done!
Making the decision to start and actually get out there for that first run is a huge achievement.
Keep going one run at a time and you will be surprised at what you can achieve, you really will!

The first run is the hardest, psychologically. I kinda miss the days I started, always looking forwards to my next run, wondering if I can do it, feeling great afterwards! Ah, those days...
Thanks for the support guys. I’m staggered at how unfit I am. I need to change this or I’m in trouble. I’m looking forward to the journey. Cheers and have a great day.
You’ll also amaze yourself at how much you progress in a short space if time. I too was (am) very unfit but just ran for 25mins after only 6 weeks. Those weeks have flown by, too! Enjoy it 👍
I can only dream of 25 mins but really looking forward to getting as far as that. Thanks molly.

Well done. Believe in yourself and the programme. One of the best bits of advice that I try to keep in mind when it gets tough is that you are really improving your fitness when you are pushing yourself. Good luck

Well done on the start of your journey!! That’s definitely the hardest bit or at least it was for me 😊 every day after that was easier as I’d done the difficult bit of starting!

Well done. When I eventually started the program I so wished I had done it sooner rather than just thought about it. My first run was so hard. But with sheer determination I continued and went on to graduate last week. It truly is an amazing feeling and I can honestly say that I absolutely love running now x
I'm only on week 2 and already it has had noticeable effects on my mental and physical wellbeing. It's surprising the difference it makes, so keep going is what i would say.. just off for my last run of week 2...
