One You and new exercises for days off.

The One you campaign seem to be getting onboard with extra exercises to keep us motivated on days off. I got this email through yesterday so I thought I would share the link on here. Lots of different ones, I really like the way they have added some in for the less mobile as well, stretching is good for everyone.

Ooo, Thankyou RFC...just what I needed...the roller workout & knee strengthening sounds right up my street....not tempted by the sofa workout though, I thought that involved crisps & wine 😂😂 x

I'm new to this 'strength training' thing, what is it and what do I have to do please?

Hi there. I have just seen you are doing the Couch to 5km as well. Maybe try this routine three times a week on non running days and see how it goes. A strong core is great to compliment you running.
