First Park Run completed!!
Just completed my first Park Run on the Leas at Folketone. Terrible weather, rain, wind, more rain.... needed windscreen wipers for the glasses!! ...but I did it and got under 40 mins so very pleased. My son, Liam, ran with me and said if you can run in that you can handle anything.
Great supportive atmosphere..l will be back. Anybody not tried a Park run yet give it a go you will feel great. Thanks Park run organisers.
