I made it!!!! Thank you everyone for your support that kept me going to the end! I would have no doubt given up if it wasn't for this forum. It has taken me few weeks longer than the 9 weeks and I am still super slow - only managing about 3km in 30 minutes. But, that's definitely more than I could do previously so its a win! I just focused on my podcast and not the time remaining. It did feel a little anticlimactic, compared to the rush felt after the 20 minute run in week 5. But, it has only just hit me that now I think running 30 minutes isn't that big of deal ππ I also think its time to find a different running route. I was reluctant considering its a great route which is safe and doesn't cross any roads but it is getting a little boring now. I have no idea what my next goals are so will be thinking about that after doing some consolidation runs! Happy running!!!

Keep running, keep smiling.
Congratulations bluepanda on completing C25K with week 9 run 3 and graduating ππ ,I am sure you will find many new routes to run, even if they are outside your immediate home area, during my 9 weeks of C25K I ran, including my graduation run, well away from where I live.

Super achievement - huge congratulations!!! Enjoy those consolidation runs and maybe have a look for any 5k events near you for later next year when you feel ready. Or join the lovely folk at your local Parkrun if you have one. Whatever you do, revel in this amazing end to 2018!!
Congratulations BluePanda ππππ
It's a great achievement and a good journey. As to say it's not the distance, it's the time we can keep going for 30 minutes at our own pace π
I think the main thing is to keep the routine going.
Happy Days ππππ
Woohoo!!! Enjoy your moment of glory πΈ
You can build up to bigger and greater runs later.
At your pace if you could maintain it you would do 5k in 50 minutes.
I've been running with my eldest kitten and his pace is around 8m/km so since graduation we have added 10% running time per week. We are now at 40 minutes so we are consolidating on that and allow the pace to improve naturally.
Whatever you do bluepanda keep running and keep smiling πΈ
Congratulations and well done to you πππ
Amazing! Congrats.
Way to go. Well done.
