Week 5 R3 - Done it!

Amazing, along with my husband, a few weeks ago we struggled to run for 90 seconds. Especially myself as had a new hip only two years ago, and in my sixties.

I have never done anything sporty, but this programme magically gets you running far farther than we ever thought possible.

Today, we have run for 20 minutes non stop! It was nowhere as hard as we thought it was going to be. We are so delighted to have achieved this. Bring on Week 6.

Well done! It is an amazing journey and I remember thinking 'that was not so bad' too. Congratulations on becoming a runner.

Great going you two... the programme is very clever and with the hard work and a dash of determination and self confidence it produces amazing results. Go nice and slowly in the intervals of week 6 and then you’ll be ready to close this thing out... enjoy.
