In the last week you’ve effectively run 15k so that would give you 1.5k by the 10% rule to add, so in theory you could go 6.5, 5, 5 this next seven days. If you do though it’s gonna be a good idea to not take any speed with you... keep that pace right down and keep it down the whole run.
I have been spreadsheeting my performance since 1Oct2018. I am starting week 6 on Sunday. Can't believe that I have walked / jogged over 1/4 million steps in two months. Scary.
