Best option to get to 10k

I have signed up to do a 10k at Easter and wondered if best to do couch to 5k first then progress from there or go straight into couch to 10k. Overweight and very unfit 48 year old!

Simple answer. Do C25K first. Good luck and stick with it

Err... they’re the same! At some point on the 10k you’ll run 5k 😂

However from what I saw I wouldn’t use the 10k app at all, I’d do one you C25K and then follow ju-ju-‘s plan on this server

My advise would be, keep to the C25k app it’s magic ;) post on this community, it’s a real.Support, read the bridge to 10k community, it was a real help to me, what to do following graduation, lots of people doing different things, good luck 😉
