Managed w5r2 today, next run is 20mins tho??! Bit of a jump as the run after drops down to 5,8,5 intervals? Wondering wether to do w6r1 and 2 first then come back to w5r3, has anyone else done this too?

I did W5R3 on Friday and really enjoyed it. Took it steady. Just done W6R1 and found it harder. Don’t know why. I’d stick to the plan if I were you.

Stick to the plan........it is superbly structured.

Believe me, you do not know better than the man who devised the plan which has produced millions of graduates.

Nope don't do that . Trust the programme. Each run and each week prepares you for the next. Don't look too far ahead, you can do this no problem!

I’ve just finished week 6 and have stuck with the plan. It does seem strange but it’s a tricky week. I found that the W5r3 run gave me confidence to continue 💪🏼 good luck whatever you decide 😊

Oh heck no... both the week 6 runs are harder that that week 5 one! They’re in the order they are for a good reason, namely that the next one is the shortest. It’s actually shorter than W5R2 as well, so you can do it.
