How do I find stats

Hello,

I am new to the couch to 5k app, I have a 4 month old baby and a husband that works late so I’m not finding time for the gym so I run with the pram. This is my first week and I’m enjoying it so far.

Is there any stats on the app? How far and where I have ran ect I’m struggling to find it.

Thanks

No, there are no stats on the C25K app as like on Strava or Mapmyrun, the C25K app is a coaching app with a choice of several coaches you can choose from, good luck for your running journey with C25K.

I don’t think the stats are part of the app. People use Garmin devices, Strava, etc. I use my Fitbit but I think the info is about limited compared to the others. It’s fine for me though, and I don’t track my runs very often. Well done you for getting out with the pram: that isn’t easy x

Believe me, you don't need stats at this stage.

Enjoy your journey.

The times when a C25Ker finds it useful to have the stats are far outweighed by all the times that it undermines them... think of using tracking as something you can use to take you forward after the programme and not during.
