So I had 5 days off (in sunny Fuerteventura) which turned into 6 because I was SO tired when I got back! I did take my trainers on holiday but never quite got round to running. I'm quite glad I signed up for Race at Your Pace because that got me back on it when tbh I am still pretty shattered after a frantic couple of work days. So, did a solid 30 minutes today. Fastest time on the treadmill (still slow). Is it weird that I'm slower on the treadmill? It's only at 1 degree incline.
Still not at 5k in that time but getting faster. I'm keeping a running log for Race at Your Pace, which is super motivating. I think I'll do it for December too!

I hadn’t heard of Race at your Pace, but just looked at their website and it looks really good. I’m on Strava and have joined their last couple virtual challenges which are also fun 😊
I'm sure there are lots of virtual running challenges but that one popped up on my facebook and it's really helped me get back on track. I signed up for 25 miles but I'm going to work out if 50 is possible for December...
