Just back after doing the run and feeling v proud of myself. Must have been a strange sight for people to see an apparition appearing through the cold mist in black base layer top and leggings wearing pale green summer shorts and white socks- frightened me when I saw it in a shop window. Any thoughts as how to keep just the arms a bit warmer?

So to all those worried about future running times- don't. Follow he/she who must be obeyed and you'll get there.

I find that if my hands are warm, my arms are warm. Wore thin gloves today and was fine
