I promised myself some new running shoes if I graduated from the course but I bought these & tried them today - luvverly! Like running with springs in my heels 😄 Ok, it’s a bit early but a) I’m gonna finish this thing or die trying, and b) my old Asics are 15yrs old & I glued the soles back on with superglue last year 😂 It must be a Scottish thing...

I had to buy new capris when my old ones kept working down while I was running . We can always find a good reason

I have some shoes very similar but in bright pink, bought as a treat too. I’m on week 9 run 2 tonight and these new shoes of mine have made me fly. Love them. Well done Captain Compass

I have some. I did about 500 miles in mime and they are just coming to their last now. I'll try and get some more before to long. Happy running.

I did half marathon last may then gave up a little after that. I'm up to week 8 but it is hard getting back in to it.
Take heart - my last Marathon was in 1994! We can do this 👍🏼
Doubt if I'd do another but 10k race in a few months. I'd be up for that.
I bought new shoes and now my ankles no longer swell every time I run! Bliss!
There’s nothing to beat that new shoe feeling is there! My old knees are thanking me this morning. Happy running 👍🏼
