Having completed W5 r3 last week I’ve just done W6 r2. So far the runs have been for a shorter total time and Laura won’t answer why? Is this a recovery week? If so why don’t my legs know? On the bright side I realised that for most of the time I am now breathing in and out solely through the nose, so perhaps there is logic in it. Guess I’ll just have to obey she who must be obeyed. Still she has a lovely encouraging voice.

You’re doing great there ⭐️ Glad you’re getting the breathing sorted. I’ve just started week 2 and found myself falling over my feet trying to co-ordinate steps and breaths at the same time ! I’m practising the breathing in the walks till I get the hang of it !
Thanks BK. I think we all surprise ourselves on this journey. Feel more and more like Bob the builder.
Don’t count the running lengths without adding in the brisk walking breaks! The workouts are longer than that 20 minutes... they’re harder workouts... you just found them easier, you’re stronger and fitter!
Keep going you’re doing an amazing job, most seem to struggle with the first runs if week 6, those intervals are hard after w5r3! Good news, lovely long runs coming right back up😀
