Done my second run on audiofuel stepping stones which is the next one up after graduating from couch25k. I’m really enjoying it and my speed has gone up a little bit from when I was doing couch25k so must be doing something right. Just wondering that after you graduated someone wrote that you should have graduated next to your name. I can’t see this although I graduated on 13th may and informed them I had graduated, it also mentioned about receiving a badge which I gave my username for, is this something that gets delivered to you?? I take it you just download the certificate and write your own name on?? Confused.com 🤪😂

Is Audiofuel an app you pay for? There is one on the NHS site and it's free.

It’s the nhs one. I have it in my podcast. There are 3 stepping stones, speed and and stamina. And they are all free

No idea about an actual certificate though.

Struggling since graduating, finding it harder each time to do the 30 mins in one go. Dropped car off for MOT at 8am then went for a 5K jog but stopped a few times. Only for a little while then plodded on again. At least I am still going put.

Try doing some runs that are just for fun as well, without worrying about time and distance and all that jazz. Just running because you want to and you can! Enjoy the sights and sounds of a new route or a favourite familiar route, and just stop when you've had enough and do your cool down walk. If you're running 2 or 3 times a week, that's brilliant and you don't want it to start feeling like a chore.

Hi Astra, that’s the main thing that your keeping it up. I went out this morning and it was a totally different run to my last run on Saturday. It was a lot harder today and at one point I didn’t think I would make it. I’m just focusing on running for 30 mins whether I do 5k or not. Keep it up. 👍

I think you are right, just keep running. I will stop and walk when it gets to much for now but I can start up again really quickly.

Still love it knowing I am not put of breath when finished 😅

You have the graduate badge by your name - I can see it! Sometimes the app doesn’t always show it, not sure why. The app stopped working properly for me so I’m on the mobile web version.

I am still in the process of doing my consolidation runs and haven't moved on to C25K+ but it is on my list. Good to see a positive review for the program. Let me know more once you cover the rest of the podcasts too.

Good luck. Couch25k is a fantastic app, I couldn’t run for 2 mins before I started now 10 weeks on I can run for 30 mins. It’s an amazing feeling 🤩
