I wish all our American runners of C25K a very happy Thanksgiving Day 2018, it certainly would be a wonderful day to graduate or run a PB 5K. After your run, enjoy the traditional turkey which is eaten on this day.

And if they’re already a graduate, Nike have a new guided run today “Thank You Run” 45 minute recovery.

Well its like as if you were asked to run a 5K immediately after taking Christmas Dinner, I doubt if anyone could. Love that bit about a "Thank You Run 45 minute recovery" it would take a little while to recover from that.

I dunno... did 44 the other day and wasn’t out of breath! I’m planning a run before Christmas dinner... not too long and certainly slow!

I lived in America for several years and always enjoyed Thanksgiving! You’d definitely need to run before the turkey though - it would be hard to heft off the couch for hours afterwards!

Happy Thanksgiving everyone!

A bit like running a 5K after Xmas dinner here in the UK, no way.
