Got myself a PB this morning. 25.12. Ive changed things over last 2 weeks. I've been running slower. Last 3 runs were 32 30 & 31, I've also left my pt and joined local gym (basically alot cheaper). I've done 6 classes in the morning(which I love) plus 2 1 hour gym sessions for strength. They're going to make me up a personal programme for me to follow. My belly fat is still my thorn. Lol

Personal plan in a gym can be as good as a personal trainer, sometimes better. Keep up the great work mate.
