I will admit I look forward to my rest day after a run ( week 7, 2nd run yesterday) but I also look forward to my run day as well. Never thought I'd be ever saying that 😁

The addiction is starting! I have one day a week where I try to do nothing, and I’m starting to hate that day, so I’m thinking I need to add some exercise to it.
