Did it, loved it, will do it again! Day 1, successful run, even managed it in the rain, read all the advice about my stride and my breathing, took it slow and got back in one shape and felt exhilarated! Looking forward to day 2 now!

Glad you enjoyed your run .

Keep it slow is probably the best advice !

Slow enough to be able to talk without gasping for breath !

Sounds like you are starting off well already

Enjoy the ride πŸ˜πŸ‘πŸƒ

Hello πŸ‘‹

Welcome to C25K.....I graduated a couple of weeks ago and enjoyed every week. The delight a completing the challenges, some weeks were harder than others and in my case had to be repeated, but it's such a fantastic programme and the support on this forum is excellent. Good luck on your journey πŸ™‚

Well done!

The hardest part is finding the motivation to get started.

Don’t go too fast, and stick with the program.

As someone who graduated yesterday I can promise you it works.

Oh, and lots of bananas and water too!

Good luck!
