W9R1 -- slower than W8R*

Entered Week 9 today and kept the pace a bit, perhaps thinking too much about reaching 30mins OR or throwing away graduation this week.

But, I can tell that weeks 1 through 8 have paid off really well, I felt I could still go on for few more minutes. Hope to complete my next two runs and sail through this week.

Good job... if you run the right way, when you add distance (in our case time) you should be doing that at a slow pace! Pace W8R3 in that case be faster than the start of week 9.

Just enjoy these runs... 30 minutes doesn’t end faster if you run faster! The ideal is to graduate and then repeat until it’s comfortable, that also needing your happy pace... when you come in from an easy 5k that’s amazing! Then you can go on your next plan and then pace will start to come into it, until then don’t worry.
