Smashed it ! I kept thinking I can’t run for 20 mins, got to 10 thought ok I’ll do 14 at 14 thought. Ok I’ll do 16 got to 16 thought I’m doing this, I am so made up as those of you who have read my posts before know I have been losing weight all year and for me this was a no related weight goal. I know know I can finish this, I’m going to be a runner 🏃♀️ 🏃♀️🏃♀️🏃♀️🏃♀️
