W8R3 - can't say I enjoyed it today..

Hard going, rain and strong wind in the dark this morning, exhausted from work and still not sure if I'm getting a cold.

First 5 mins were hard but as soon as I got off the incline I settled into it more and finished ok running alongside walls and hedges for a bit of protection from the wind.

Starting W9 Saturday I think, really don't want this to end!!! I like the structure of having 3 set runs to complete each week.

That wind is dreadful is't it! Well done for completing W8. I'm heading out mid morning and it is BEAUTIFUL up here, still breezy but manageable!

Funny isn't it KS69 that we both feel sad at the prospect of week 9 and this journey ending :( ! But it isn't over really is it? We've got 5K under 30 minutes to aim for, C25K+, B210K, park runs, charity runs, just runs :D ! We're gonna be busy bees and won't have time to feel sad...xx

Was nice today if cold but more rain due in the morning when I want to run! Yes, I feel very sad, this has been the best thing I've done in a long time and it's gone SO quickly... I guess I need to explore those ^ options, I feel I need continuing structure! but reading about everyone on the same week as been really helpful so that will be a bit weird not to have!

Yes, I know what you mean. The structure has been perfect in getting us out there, and we've chivvied each other along all the way - I will miss that part of it too :( . It has absolutely flown by and who knew we could do it - all those who have passed before us of course...xx

I ran last night in the wind and rain so know just how tough it was but felt pleased after that I did. don't feel bad about the nearing end I graduated a week before xmas but still listen to week 9 podcast with music 3 times a week so its just the beginning you can listen to what you want I just try to run no less that 30 minutes 3 times a week and longer when im feeling good.

I guess I could try the podcasts after I graduate, I've only had the app and no music all along.. am planning to keep the same running days although I hope once I don't have the need to 'finish' each week that I will still continue to do it..
