Completed my graduation run last night and stretched it out to complete my fist 5k at the same time (5.2 km in 35:25). Can’t believe I did did it come a long was since almost keeling over after run 1 week 1. Program is fantastic and loved reading all the post on the form for motivation. Next question is what next? Thinking target sub 30 5k then consider moving onto 10k.

Thanks I’ll take a look 😀

That's exactly what I did a couple of weeks ago. It means of course that we have to keep it up and do a 5K every time now! I would read the FAQ's here and don't go too crazy. Consolidate for a few weeks and decide whether you want to go faster or further. It seems to help to have a goal like this to work on. In the meantime bask in the glow of your success. All the best.
