I completed my first 5K today! I ran the Shamrock N' Roll with my daughter. I finished in 28:47, so happy because my goal was to 1) finish without stopping or walking and 2) within 30 minutes. Accomplished both thanks to Laura and the wonderful Couch to 5K program! Thanks to everyone for all the encouragement. Next move is to better my speed....
