Repeated this today as I had to stop about 13 minutes in last Friday. Today was the same only I got to 15 minutes. Going to keep repeating this until I can run to the 20 minutes I'm supposed to do , I'll keep trying

That’s 2 more... that’s progress... you’ll get there. Determination will get you through anything. As slow as you can next time out... you can do it.
Keep it nice and slow. Do the slowest jog possible. Do it on the most flat route you can and listen to music if you don't already- it's a great motivator. If these things don't work then keep trying. You've gone from running 8 minutes to 13 which is a step up of 5 minutes! Now you can do 15... You're improving every time
