Well I just completed the last run of week 9. Now for the future. Thanks to all of you for advice and encouragement along the way. Maybe a park run next week.

YYYEEEEAAAAHHHHHHHHH congratulations on completing C25K great feeling isn't it, definitely recommend Park Runs I've done 10 now since graduating and love them, everyone is so friendly, the tail runners who i now know by name (as i mostly am always near them) are fantastic, from the fastest to the slowest everyone is so encouraging.
GO FOR IT!!!
