I am just starting week 4. I'm a 64 year old man and I find the running makes me feel stiff . I do Yoga which really helps to offset the tight muscles. That enough for now.

Welcome and good job so far. I do yoga once a week and it certainly helps with the running

Used to go to a group and have been meaning to start again because a 58 I am not as flexible as I used to be! You have inspired me to go to group tomorrow, thank you :o)

I do 2 classes and it really stretches out all the muscles that get tight from running
