Remained upright!

Did W7R2 today. Still very, very tough towards the end. Stayed upright and unbloodied though this time. Impressed three French ladies who were collecting mushrooms (it’s what they do in the woods around here; that and the hunting) but couldn’t stop to chat. Glad they didn’t see me gasping for breath at the end!

I have a feeling I’ll have to repeat this week before moving on to week 8. It shouldn’t be this hard. Maybe I should lay off the champagne and red wine but this is France after all...

🇫🇷🍷🏃🏻‍♂️🥂🏃🏻‍♂️ 🤔 You can always repeat a week but if you are getting to the end of each run, probably you don’t need to. Especially if you will be leaving the 🍷🥂 going back home 🤣🤣🤣. I would say, give W8 a go when it is time and in the meantime enjoy 🍷🥂🧀🥐🍰🥖😋🤗

🤣🤣🤣🤣 I thought you were on vacation! That gets tougher then. Ok, let’s think a bit 💭 💭💭 What about drinking double after your run and then making your rest day a non-running and non-drinking rest day? In average you will enjoy the same, but your running performance should benefit from the change.... 🏃🏻‍♂️🍷🍷🍾🍾 🛏 🏃🏻‍♂️🍷🍷🤣🤣🤣

Aha! That will work as long as I wake up on the rest day! 🤣

Well done for getting through it though 👏.

Maybe you should invite some of your C25K family (cough cough) over for encouragement and to check the Champagne, Red wine and Cheese is suitable for you 😁🍷🥂🧀🍾🏃👍

Good run... tough maybe, but completed. I’d move on to week 8 personally, you can do it. As for 🍷 and 🍾 well maybe I should move to France, I’ve had enough practice! Hoping to get to Marathon du Medoc in 2020.
