Welcome! This is a phenomenal forum, you will get so much support and encouragement here. Know this, tomorrow is going to be your hardest run, I’m not sugarcoating it. I’m not a sugar coater, it will be hard but it is achievable...granted I didn’t manage it on my first attempt, many don’t. The aim is to run (jog lightly, just above a walking pace), not sprint like usain bolt. You will hear slow and steady as a mantra here. You will also hear ‘Observe the rest days’ this is a cardinal rule. Leave one day between runs. This is critical to allow your body to build, recover and avoid injury. You have a tremendous journey ahead of you, and every step is worth it. You will have good days, bad days and great days that is a fact. Post and update after every run and you will find all the support, advice and encouragement you need. Never be afraid to ask, someone has gone through it or is going through it too. Many happy miles 😀😀
