A struggle ..... clammy nights sleep before didn’t help for my 11am treadmill run . W4 has seen me drop from 9.2kph to 8.0kph. Managed it but sweated buckets ! Going to do what I call my warm down day tomorrow then first rest day in 5 weeks ie not go to gym at all. W5r1 Monday so hopefully fully rested and ready to go.

You certainly don’t live near me if it’s that warm ! A thorough rest sounds like a good plan - you’ll come back stronger and with fresh enthusiasm. Keep your fluids up !
