Just back from my morning run started slowly as usual and gradually increase pace to cruising but today felt like I had Rodgers legs (American Dad not Banister)
Pace was slow no energy lower back ache. Even the great ELO couldn't inspire me think next time heavy rock might get me going.
Negatives slow pace.
Positives completed. (Just)

Slow pace is a positive, not a negative. Adjusting pace is your best tactic to complete the run. And of course you did complete it. Forget the (just) bit. The target is to complete each stage. Which you did. If you go out expecting a difficult run you will probably have one. The fact that you overcame that is something to store in your memory for next time.
Think you’ve answered yourself Temsing as to why your run was different, “no energy & lower back ache”. Nothing wrong with a slower pace & it gets the job done. Strange magic this running malarkey 👍🏻
